DDco consists of Christine Koenen, a visual artist with a masters degree in Photography, and Shannon Riggs, a disgruntled elementary school teacher, with a bachelors degree in Art History and an obsession with popular culture. Together, we love to come up with new ways to make fun, cool stuff out of old stuff we find lying around.

Policies:

Methods of Payment- We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and Amex. We can take your order and credit card number over the phone. We will also accept checks or money orders, and Paypal.

Shipping- We ship most items within two weeks, although some special orders may take longer. Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority mail. We will contact you via e-mail concerning the status of your order.

Returns- We will accept returns on items within 15 days of receipt by the purchaser. of course, we will repair or exchange any items damaged in shipping. We will not accept returns on special orders, unless they arrive damaged.

Wholesale Pricing- Contact us by email or phone with your business license information, and we will be happy to quote you wholesale prices, or email you a whole sale price list. The minimum order for whole sale is $100.

Custom orders- We would be happy to create a custom order for you. If you choose to make a custom order, we will need at least 30 days lead time. You will be able to cancel your order within 3 days. A 50% deposit is required, and we require the full payment when we notify you that your order is ready to ship.Custom ordered merchandise is non-returnable and not cancellable.
